Principal's Message

Thank you for visiting the Brown Avenue Elementary School website. We are very proud of our school.

Brown Avenue Elementary School is a small, vibrant, child-centered school. Our school may be small, but we have strength in our convictions of working together - child, parents, and school. All decisions are student-centered. We are not only educating for today, but also for tomorrow. We educate the whole child. Academics, the arts, physical, education, and social/emotional learning are critical elements of education. We also emphasize kindness, compassion, understanding, communication, forgiveness, and laughter. This is our way of sharing and spreading our "Koala Kindness" within our community and beyond. Our goal is to provide our students with the foundation to grow into happy, healthy, inquisitive, problem-solving citizens of the world. 

Communication between school and home is very important to student success. This website is designed to provide another way for us to exchange information. Please feel free to e-mail or phone me, your child's teacher or other staff members at 934-0270 about any concerns you may have. You are welcome to drop by the school office at any time and we encourage your participation in classroom and school activities.
